WILL I GET ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
After you place an order on Daisysports.com, you will receive an automatic confirmation that we received your order. Once we locate all your goodies, we will send you a shipment notification that indicates how many items were shipped, list any items were out-of-stock and we�ll include a tracking # for you to follow-up on the delivery of your new items! We will not charge you credit card until the day it leaves our door.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Our online store is Verisign Secured, so you can order from your desk or laptop with confidence. If we try to enter your card and encounter a problem, we will call or email you right away. For this reason, it is very important to give us correct information when filling out your customer profile and an appropriate daytime phone number. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
WHAT TAX WILL I BE CHARGED?
If you live outside the state of Colorado, you will not be charged sales tax. Inside the state of Colorado, you will be charged the standard state tax.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Daisy Sports will ship anywhere in the Continental US and Canada using UPS or the United States Post Office. We do not offer delivery internationally or to APO addresses at this time.
WHAT WILL YOU CHARGE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE?
After we receive your order, your package will be shipped within a 48 hour business day period. The standard delivery time is 4-6 business days. We also offer express service for a 1-2 day delivery and lastly, overnight service through UPS. Orders requiring Overnight service must be received by 12:00 Central Standard time Monday-Friday.

What IF I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We hope that you will love your new items, but we completely understand how hard it is to get the exact fit you hope for. Daisy Sports will happily exchange or return an item within 30 days of it arriving at your door. The items must be unworn and have all labels still attached. To return a package, please follow these steps:
1. Call Customer Service at 1-888-833-2479 from 9am-5pm cst Monday-Friday. You can also email us at returns@daisysports.com. The customer service representative will give you a return authorization number (RA#).
2. Pack your items in a box with a copy of your sales receipt. Write your RA# on the receipt and the outside of the box.
3. If you want to do an exchange, please write the new item numbers and sizes on the receipt. We will not charge you for shipping on the replacement items.
4. Send the package to: Daisy Sports, 3003 E 3rd Ave, Denver, CO 80206. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Daisy Sports is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Daisy Sports will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
5. We will credit your card upon receipt and inspection of the items.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
We do not share or sell your information to outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, you consent to the collection and use of your information by Daisy Sports and it will only be used for delivery of your purchased merchandise and to notify you of any problems with your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. Any communication or material sent to daisysports.com will be considered confidential and become the property of Daisy Sports, which reserves the right to reproduce it for any purpose. When you purchase from our site, we collect information that you volunteer such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number and other information necessary to process your order. We periodically send you email about new products and services, discounts, special promotions or upcoming events ONLY if you have chosen in your customer profile to receive these mailings.
